2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

When you submit a consultation request, contact form, or enquiry through the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Practice area of interest
  • Preferred office and contact method
  • A brief description of your matter

You may also contact us directly by telephone or email, in which case we collect the information contained in that communication.

2.2 Automatically collected information

The Site is hosted on Netlify. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This information is used for security and operational purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural analytics on this Site.

We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with any person outside the Firm except as required by law or with your express consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your information on the basis of your consent (by submitting a form) and, where applicable, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a formal legal engagement. Processing is conducted in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2011 of Trinidad and Tobago.

5. Third-party processors

Contact form submissions are processed through Netlify (form handling infrastructure). Netlify stores form submissions on servers located in the United States. By submitting a form on this Site, you consent to that transfer. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com.

No other third-party services that collect personal data are integrated into this Site at this time.

6. Data retention

Pre-engagement enquiry data submitted through the Site is retained for a reasonable period to allow the Firm to respond and follow up. Where no engagement follows, enquiry data is deleted within 12 months of the last communication. Where an attorney-client relationship is formed, retention is governed by the Firm's internal records policy and applicable professional conduct rules.

7. Your rights
